One thing that i dont think ive seen but i could be wrong is the expansion on Credit hold Banners and visuals E.g. If a company is on Credit hold it would be good to have that banner appear everywhere that customer is present, so if that customer submits a ticket it would be good for that banner to be present in that ticket screen for that customer so that techs working know that this customer is on credit hold. Generally speaking the L1, L2 techs may not know that a customer is on credit hold.
