CRM Shortcuts - Bring Back !!!

Please bring this back. Pinned shortcuts will be very useful at the client level. See mock pic below. Obviously, you wouldn't add splash top to this CRM area, but this will allow us to allow quick access to other web portals.

    IMHO, although this could be helpful for some, it could start cluttering the UI and one of the features I like most of Gorelo is the simple and minimalistic, straight forward UI.

    I would rather use the favorites bar on my browser for shortcuts to other services.
