Custom Link / Icon on Customer portal and Tech portal

We’ve gotten to the port where we are managing that many Assets for customers that its going to be fairly unusable to add them all to Gorelo so we’ve added Snipe into our toolset, and with that im thinking of a way to easily add that as a method to get to the url to our customers, as we all know customers can be lazy sometimes, so i was thinking in its first instance a custom Icon with a custom link to the URL for the asset system would be great to allow them to be in our customer portal that they already like and use which links externally if that makes sense?
