Yes, please! I recently sent my customer my default “let’s get our tools on your system so we can troubleshoot these performance issues” only to remember after that G doesn’t really do that :(

Allows us to be proactive and make a decision early as to what course of action to take / when to take it.
The ability to know about a problem before the client does, and being in motion to rectify by the time they lodge a ticket is killer.
