Disable button for Automation Rules

It would be good to add a disabled/enabled toggle for Event & Time and Scheduled Tickets automation rules. So that we can turn off these rules as needed without losing the configuration and recreating.
Workaround at the moment is to add a conditional that is unlikely to be met.
