Doc Space on the Ticket

A place where we can browse and add docs on a ticket (probably placed below Assets and above Tags) can be a very useful feature. It will give us hard time browsing from the ticket to the doc at the same time since opening a doc doesnt open a new tab yet. And it will be better than opening a tab since we can review the doc already from a small space on the right part of the ticket.
