Documentation QOL Improvements

At the moment working within the documentation is not a pleasant experience personally, and think we will stick with onenote. Its slow to jump in and out of pages, slow to created nested items and links to other documents. Importing documents from another source can be hit and miss.

Here are some suggestions on QOL improvements:

- Allow Quick edit mode, a toggle that allows editing documents without need to press edit button on each document.

- Allow all clients view, similar to document nesting rather the documents are visible for all clients in a single view, would save time switching clients for MSP.

- Allow API access / Bulk Access, currently documents are in onenote/ITGlue/Other RMM with no way to quickly migrate them to Gorelo.

- Add edit bar pinned to the bottom of the screen.- The floating edit bar gets lost when highlighting large bodies of work. Pin it like every other edit/text writing in gorelo to the bottom of the screen. — Also suggest using a standard WYSIWYG button layout similar to any work processing.

- No quick way to review public or portal access documents. - need a way to review these.

- Allow HTML / world allow more control over formatting.

- Allow link to client, KBs written within MSP can be linked and published to clients no need to copy to each and every one.
