Email into active tickets (via plus address email)

Similar to how Teams Channels generated an email address allow you to email into a channel it would be nice for Gorelo to generate a plus address (Ex “help+tk-123456@gorelo.com”) to be able to email into an active ticket.

Possibly create as a 3rd party convo?

Would be helpful on larger projects instead of having to create a bunch of 3rd party convo’s you can send out an email address and people can email into the ticket auto creating 3rd party convo’s.

We also use Gorelo ticket numbers in various locations when creating JIT Admins, when creating temp exceptions, etc…

We also have certain alerts and informational data auto generated for the above which would be awesome to get into the ticket.
