Email Thread Inside Ticket

In the photo provided you can see the top email shows who was attached to the response. The workflow here was our support email the ingests into Gorelo was cc’d on this email chain in Outlook with the others that were CC’d. The email out of Gorelo was only to Heidi and Heidi only responded to support. Then I (Taylor) emailed out of Gorelo after I manually added contacts to the CC field.

It would be nice if the email where I CC’d people in Gorelo would show initials like it does on the ingest email from outlook.
