Enhanced Customer Profitability Reporting

Please expand Gorelo's profitability reporting to include all revenue streams, not just recurring contracts. Profitability should include contracts, hardware sales, projects, ad hoc support, software/licensing, and other billable services, with visibility of revenue, cost, gross profit, and margin. It would also be valuable to see profitability by product/service type, revenue source breakdowns, and drill-down reporting for the most profitable customers, projects, and products. This would provide MSPs with a true view of customer and product profitability, as many customers generate significant revenue outside of managed service contracts.
