Expand AI/ChatGPT in Tickets

There is the AI option in tickets that will rewrite public comments, but it would be really cool to have an option to get a summary of the ticket, maybe as an option when closing it. Could also be something the closing technician needs to confirm for accuracy. That way if you review the ticket in the future there is a concise (and searchable!) closing statement.
