Let us choose/fine tune the data so nothing sensitive is shown. With this what we currently do on a different system is using the ticket summary report each tech has their own mini ESP32 with display, point them to the public url, add some styling and we have a list of open tickets, high priority tickets go red and top of the list. Handy for if you have your eyes on something other than the service desk.
I guess some authentication could also work. Likewise API access for integrating third party tools.
