Feature Request

The form submissions are great, but I’d like to send my clients permanent links for them to bookmark and then create a ticket from the submission. It looks like the links expire after 7 days or I can send them a link from an existing ticket so I’m still using Microsoft Forms.

    I’m looking for a consistent link they can bookmark directly. It doesn’t appear you can add globally for all clients. At least I didn’t see the option, I had to select one client at a time.

    Hi mate, forms can be published to the Client Portal which are then permanently accessible :)
