Give us form items for checklists

I want to be able to add form items to checklists, as well as have clickable URLS.

URLs:
Often i need to link to Hudu or something from a checklist, i want the tech to be able to click a link which opens in a new window.

Form Items
Also it would be great to have dropdown lists (Pass/fail, yes/no etc), text fields (eg. Asset name here) and other form items for checklists.

Also not sure if this is a feature, but want to be able to add multiple checklists to a ticket. And maybe automatically?
(eg. Staff entry from CUSTOMER1 → Adds ‘All customer onbaording checklist’ + ‘Customer specific onboarding checklist’ + ‘Security awareness checklist’.
