Give us form items for checklists

Feature Request

I want to be able to add form items to checklists, as well as have clickable URLS.

URLs:
Often i need to link to Hudu or something from a checklist, i want the tech to be able to click a link which opens in a new window.

Form Items
Also it would be great to have dropdown lists (Pass/fail, yes/no etc), text fields (eg. Asset name here) and other form items for checklists.

Also not sure if this is a feature, but want to be able to add multiple checklists to a ticket. And maybe automatically?
(eg. Staff entry from CUSTOMER1 → Adds ‘All customer onbaording checklist’ + ‘Customer specific onboarding checklist’ + ‘Security awareness checklist’.

Lime Spray

Coming from superops and using their version of checklists (runbooks) would be nice to get nested items / dependent items.

Ability to link to Documentation or run scripts from the checklist is a bonus.

Your forms options to create user submissions forms are actually great - having similar options for checklists would be a game changer. Integrate conditional logic as well down the road and I’d be raving about it.

Hey Stefan,

We’ve added URL support in checklist and it’s now live in Production. You can copy and paste a URL, and it will show up as a clickable link.

Any idea when form items will be implemented? Yes/No dropdowns, text fields etc.

  Interestingly, if i paste a link in this works, however if i type the link URL it does not work.

  We currently support URL linking only when a link is pasted, not when it is typed manually. However, we truly appreciate your suggestion and have added it to our to-do list. We will consider this enhancement in a future update.
