Home Page User Overview Changes

I would love to see the Ticket status here as well. It would be helpful to see the ticket's progression on this page. We have an internal process to set the status to In-Progress when the tech is actively working on the ticket, and to Updating Notes once the tech reaches that point. It would be really cool to see the status change on this page when the tech is viewing the specific ticket.
