I would like the ability to use feature request without it closing open items

When I click Report to submit a feature request or report an issue, the open items I want to reference disappear or close. This removes the context I need to accurately describe what I’m reporting.

Please allow the reporting form to open without closing or hiding existing items, so users can continue viewing the relevant information while completing the report.
