Improve searching/listing capability

Having discussed this with Mikel, I get why it’s done this way, but to my knowledge, it’s the only PSA system that does this that I have had experience with.
The change I would love to see is:
On a customers landing page, have the quick links show the true count of ALL of the items rather than recent ones.
Applies to all Tickets, Assets. Invoices etc….
following the quick link will then display all items, paginated.
Although it might take marginally longer to load, it would be much more convenient and considerably faster than having to do it through the global search box. Results of which are less informative than a properly formatted and displayed list.
