Improvement for Schedule Sync to M365

Today, when we schedule a ticket for a visit, we get a scheduled event sync'd to our calendar where the title reads [Ticket #] | [Ticket Title] for [Client name]

It would be great if we could also get information in the description about the client and contact.  For example, the business Name, Phone Number and Address, right in the M365 Calendary entry.

This would be hugely helpful for my techs who are on the road a lot and need to pull up location information right in their calendar throughout the day.
