We were looking to move away from things like solarwinds and poweradmin on site, but quickly found out the ability to be alerted when something goes wrong in Gorelo is lacking.
Can not auto trigger any external email/sms service, and can not auto create tickets on events.
A thought on ways this could be added:
Automation - On Alert X - Then allow ticket with sender details - public comment -> send email to sms service.
Monitoring policy - If alerted for X minute - Create ticket and Send email to X
Other thing is web monitoring and server monitoring does not auto clear when returned to green. Would be nice to have option on policy/monitor to auto clear after 30 min up or something.
