Improving Ticket Experience in Mobile App

I know the mobile app is kind of on the back burner, but it would be amazing to be able to use the app the communicate efficiently on the app on tickets. Right now I use the app to see alerts on my phone but I need to get to a computer to do any kind of action or even respond easily. I find myself using Teams/SMS/Email to respond to tickets because it’s time sensitive and only have easy access to my phone. This would be a massive upgrade for my workflow at least.
