Include Unassigned Licences on Invoice

When syncing dynamic quantities of Microsoft licences from CIPP, it would be great to have the option to include un-assigned licences on the invoice. I want to be able to bill for the number that I am paying for, rather than the number they are using.

Example use case:

Recently had a client who’s new head office was doing a migration away from their old tenancy. They reduced the number of licences in use in the tenancy without telling us, and so their next invoice went out as 7 licences instead of 51, and we are left paying for 44 licences with Rhipe for a month.
