Completely agree, we’re moving away from ConnectSecure and are currently onboarding with RoboShadow. I mentioned during the onboarding call that it would be great to have Gorelo integration, and RoboShadow have added this as a feature request to their development team.
Would love to see roboshadow machine and ticket integration. Allowing us link roboshadow to automatically create tickets based on vulnerability level and allow remediation tasks.

I 100% agree with this one and could assist with making contact to someone at Roboshadow if needed. They’ve helped integrate a different PSA for me in the past and have amazing support.
