Currently I have to click twice to reply publicly. This is both time consuming and unnecessary.
Lets modify the UI so its 1 click to access what you want.
Click "Add Internal Note" to open full screen internal note
Click "Reply to Customer" to open full screen reply to customer
Click in any of the blank space to reply as inline short hand comment currently available
