Long and no Expiry form links

The portal is nice, however in some cases we do not want users to have to log into the portal to submit forms. Clients are sometime none technical, having microsoft login, then additional steps to take will cause them to revert to emailing details.

would be nice if we can save a link to their desktops/favorites and they can submit when needed.
