Make the Print layout cleaner

Sometimes I need to print a view of the ticket notes to PDF for reporting/compliance. This is generally ok but could be improved by providing a cleaner print css when pressing CTRL-P in a ticket.

In particular, please hide the left menu bar and drawer, and the top row of tabs.
