Mention @Self in shortcuts

When using a shortcut to “schedule out” we have a private comment post that currently uses “@ticket” to notify the tech after the time period but due to the way shortcuts work, it does not notify the person who scheduled out the ticket

      Just tried it, unfortunately that did not work. Mark had informed me that the system intentionally suppresses notifications from yourself (such as shortcuts).
      Any way you know of to get around that?
