I love this idea it was exactly what I had on my mind especially coming back to the Ticket List from overnight, the queue can stack up with alerts and notifications that “COULD” be so easily to merged but is tedious at the moment. Have the ability to drag and move tickets in Ticket List would also be nice I understand it sorts off of progress, but I feel like it’s not all the time. And I’d like to move around my workflow.
