Minimum Time Billing

Minimum time billing is currently configurable, but applies to all work types. It would be nice to configure minimum time billing per work type. For instance, billing remote calls in 15m increments while onsite calls are a minimum 1hr.

    Hi guys,

    To avoid complexity, we’ll need to remove the existing ‘per ticket’ minimums and replace with minimums/increments at the Work Type level.

    This one is huge for us. We will have to manually do this now, but this feature would help prevent lost time and mistakes.
