Minor UX improvement - Mobile App | Notifications

Would be really good to add in the Requester name or something to the notification on the app. Main reason for that is to understand the urgency as some customers have “VIP” users and naturally senior staff pay more attention to these support requests so being able to see the name of the requester would help massively from a notification point of view while on the go
