Monthly option for scripts

There's sometimes a need to run scripts on a monthly cadence. Supported scenarios should be: - specific numbered day of the month E.g 15th of each month - specific named day of the month E.g 2nd Tuesday of each month - last day of the month E.g the last day in April would be the 30th

    Extended further on existing options... Would love to run 'continuously', but every hour or 3hrs instead of every 5mins.
