Multi-brand/whitelabel

Feature Request

Some of our services are offered as a whitelabel where we behave as another business (subcontracted essentially), and we need to show that business’ branding and domain.

Not many systems support this (and the ones that do don’t do it well) so this would be a huge feature for us.

  • Ability to create multiple ‘brands’ within the one Gorelo instance

  • Add one or more domains to each brand

  • Configure inbound and outbound email for different mailboxes (eg support@client-a.com, tech@client-b.com), always responding back from the same one they contacted

  • In our particular case, invoicing need not be split by brand as we invoice our client as us, not their end customer as them

    Hi mate, this is actually possible today — you can add multiple domains and separate them off with groups.

    The limitations are:

    • your signatures per user aren’t based on the domain/group so they would need to be generic

    • you can only have one email for sending invoices (sounds like this is not a need though)

      I’ve just had a demo meeting with Kyle and gone through this is a bit more detail. He said presently the sending side of things is entirely on MailJet which I might be able to get around if signatures could change based on the group. Otherwise I would need to request custom SMTP settings per group so I can control which server the emails are sent through, and Exclaimer can then add the signature on.

      Can you point me at some docs about groups so I can test this out more in my trial?

        At this stage, signatures are on a per tech basis and cannot be changed or adapted based on the sending email address/domain sorry.

        The only option would be to use generic signatures without branding E.g just the technicians name and maybe their position.
