It would be nice if we could select multiple tickets at once and update the status. We have a lot of tickets that come in from time to time that would be nice if I could close them all at once.
Hey mate, unless I misunderstand, this should already be doable within the Tickets view. You can multi-select all or some tickets and then at the top click the Update Status button. Reference the following screenshots for more details.
