The auto reply email sent when submitting a ticket uses the display name of the user in Microsoft instead of the first name.
E.g. A user’s profile in Microsoft has:
- First name: John
- Last name: Smith
- Display name: Smith, John
The auto-reply ticket says “Hi Smith,”
