I am able to do this in Syncro (that I’m switching from) and I use it with most of my clients as I have some services bundled into the cost per workstation so when there are extra licenses added I want to lower that total number but a credit equal to the number of workstations. I.E. 20 licenses but client has 15 included in workstations so list 20 licenses at regular rate then 15 at a negative to offset.

We could do with this also for occasionally refunding a client for overbilled items

This is huge. We use this currently in Autotask to create custom discounts. This would be especially useful on contracts. We sometimes offer a discount for the first few months. This would allow us to enter that discount and have it automatically end as a set date.
