New tab/switching to an open but not visible tab behavior

When the tab bar is full, and you create a new tab (new ticket, whatever it might be) or if you switch to an asset that’s already an open tab, it seems like it would make sense to automatically scroll the tab bar so that that tab is visible. Right now the screen switches but the bar stays static, so you have to scroll to it.
