Hey we’ve seen some incoming emails merge with older tickets and then we are unable to find the new email because it could be buried in tickets we have marked as solved.
Is there a way to please be notified when an email automatically merges with an existing ticket regardless of its status?
Checked automations and there isn’t much option to set it ourselves.
