Co-managed User (On Premise IT Contact License)

For some of our sites we work with an active full time IT staff member on their side. I would love to be able assign something like a “client license” (a lower cost license) where they can see and interact with tickets and assets for a single organisation, but nothing else… so we are all working out of the same dataset. Do you think this might be able to go onto the roadmap?
