Ownership of group @mention

I’ll quite often (especially after a couple of calls in a row) have a small deluge of group @mentions not 100% at a glance which need attention.

The ability to “take ownership” or acknowledge a group mention and have it update the @mention for other staff (Maybe make the @ not red or something) would be nice.
