Pictures in Quick Links in Client

Feature Request


We have pictures of our clients’ environments (server rooms, network racks, etc)
This area right here makes the most sense for a spot to dump pictures in. Enable sorting by date/who… Would also be awesome to be able to attach notes to pictures / link them to documentation.

    Hi mate, you could create a Structured Document to achieve this E.g here’s one I created for Network Cabinets with an image carousel for pictures.

    You can create Structured Document (templates) via Settings > Documents.

      Mikel - I gave this a shot. Its close. Not quite. We have customers with 15+ network racks, and customers with 1. So for the example of upload network rack pictures to a Structured document would make a mess in the documentation folders for other clients.

        You would create an entry for each rack and that would show up as a table.

        These Structured Document entries are on aper-client basics when you use the Client Focus. Want me to put together a quick video?
