'Pinned' or 'Sticky' Feature for Ticket Comments

As above, being able to Pin or Sticky a comment, would be a really useful enhancement.

Ability to Pin or Sticky more than 1 item would be even better.

While the Banner feature is very good and useful, this would allow direct Pinning of contextual comments/info.

Can't think of the use case right now, but would there be other entries on the ticket that would be useful to be Pinned too? (Unsure on this).
