The ticket emails should support the ability to prepend ticket numbers to the subject of the email. This will allow end users to see their original title as well as the ticket number. This will group better in email UIs.
The system could support a template like:
[Ticket Number: {{ticket.number}}] - {{ticket.title}}
Which would render as:
[ Ticket Number : 99 ] - Ticket Title
Other MSPs might want a {{client.name}} variable.
