I have issues when syncing invoices to Quickbooks with the sales tax. The issue is, in Quickbooks some customers have “Automatic sales tax calculation” setup and some have the sales tax hard coded on the customer. When I change the sales tax in Gorelo it doesnt send it to QB. The QB invoice has a completely different sales tax amount than the Gorelo invoice because it is doing the QB settings for Sales Tax. I have seen another invoicing program say “Turn off Sales tax on QB” and Gorelo would calculate all sales tax and then send it over to QB as a line item instead of using their tax engine. At the end of the day, Gorelo should be the source of truth and QB should fall in line with what Gorelo is and not change it.
