Understand Reports are in early stages currently, just wanting to share a couple of useful reports/features to add to the list if I may.
* Extend the 'Asset Warranty Report 'to show All Clients. E.g. Want to see Expiring/Expired Servers across all Clients. **Perhaps Server Warranty Expiration could be tied into a Policy/Alert.
* Asset Backup Report. Where Backups are monitored and successes/warnings/failures are recorded within Gorelo, a monthly report to summarise this to send to Clients would be great.
* Asset Performance History. From time to time, it's helpful to review performance history of a device over a period of time to identify patterns/recurring issues, etc. Personally, this period of reporting would be a max 1month.
*Scheduling/Emailing Reports. Currently, we email a scheduled summary report to Managed Clients each month. The report contains a basic Ticket/Time Summary, Backups & Key Device Performance Graphs for the month. It's a nice value-added offering to clients and demonstrates the management/monitoring we provide.
