We already have checklists in tickets, but at the moment tickets can still be closed even if some checklist items aren’t completed.
Can we update this so that:
A ticket can’t be closed unless all checklist items are ticked off
If someone tries to close a ticket with incomplete checklist items, they get prompted to complete them first
