AI assistants are quickly becoming part of every technician's toolkit, so we're giving them a secure, first-class way into Gorelo.

The Gorelo MCP server connects Claude and other MCP-compatible AI tools straight to your Gorelo data. Ask about tickets, clients, contacts, projects and billing in plain English: "What's open for Ashvane this week?", "Summarise this ticket's history", "How much time did we log against this contract?" You'll get answers from your live data, not a stale export.

Unlike an API key, the MCP server is tied to you. Technicians sign in with their own Gorelo account, and their AI assistant only sees what they can see: the same role, permissions, groups and clients they have in Gorelo.

We're starting with read-only tools. Write actions come next: creating tickets, logging time and updating records, all from wherever you work with AI.
