In frequently we lose the recored time when we:
1. Merge a ticket
2. Reload the page (intentionally or not).
It would be great if this persisted.
For merging a ticket, quite often we're working on the primary ticket when more information is emailed in which we want to merge into the primary ticket, unfortunately when we do this the timer is cleared. It would be great if there was some logic that either combined the total times between both or at least kept the time entry with the greater value.
For refreshing it would be great if it persisted between refreshes. Because of the tabbed interface its easy to forget that a timer will be affected.
