Schedule sending Public Reply

Ok, like many Techs, I work stupid hours when I should be otherwise relaxing or doing something else. Regardless, I don’t want clients to think I don’t have a life and that they can call/email us day & night and expect a response.

So, I would love the ability to schedule a Public Reply. Like Outlook and other email clients, write out the reply but delay sending it until a specified time.

This might include a couple of shortcut buttons. E.g. ‘Send 8:30am NBD’

As I type this, scheduling a Private Reply would also be nice as it would allow us to tag others in a response…at a certain time, so as not to bother them after hours unnecessarily. (See ‘Right to Disconnect’ laws)

Please by all means point me in the right direction if this is already available or otherwise already requested.
