Separate Chat Window

I really like the Chat function but it would be great if I could have the chat in a standalone tab (like the end user does), sometimes I’m chatting to a user and have to check ticket details/asset info and not being able to see these and the chat side-by-side can be annoying. It doesn’t effect me all the time but it would be nice to have the option!
