Currently tickets closed after a certain time can only be viewed by carrying out a search and drilling down to the customer. Proposed change:
The ‘Tickets’ entry on the left column of the customer will show all open/new/on hold/solved or whatever you choose (customizable). The number shown will be the total number of tickets rather then current.
There will be a show all option at the top of the list to show every ticked for that customer from day one. Much easier to refer to as it will be almost a full page list.
