We currently report and show off our SLA response using average response time (actual reply) using a SLA report. We actually sanitise this data to a public url that shows our average response time over the last 30 days to then put on our website (automatically using a fetch on page load) and also put into our email responses (variable at time of sending).
It would be good as an option to also show SLA stats per customer on their portal
